Investigation of the Effect of Financial Development on Tax Revenues in Turkey with Time Series Analysis

چکیده
Vergi gelirleri ve finansal gelişme arasındaki ilişki iktisat politikaları açısından önem arz etmektedir. Finansal gelişmeler gerek ekonomik büyüme kanalı ile dolaylı olarak doğrudan etkiler yaratarak vergi gelirlerini etkilemektedir. Özellikle küreselleşme sürecinin hızlanmasıyla birlikte gelişmelerdeki değişimlerin üzerindeki etkisi çeşitli araştırmalara konu olmuştur. Türkiye ekonomisinde gelişmenin etkisini inceleyen bu çalışmada 1980-2019 dönemine ait yıllık veriler kullanılmıştır. Analizde kullanılan değişkenlere serilerin durağanlık derecesi Genişletilmiş Dickey Fuller (ADF) birim kök testiyle sınanmıştır. Modelde değişkenler eşbütünleşme ilişkisi Gecikmesi Dağıtılmış Otoregresif (ARDL) yaklaşımı incelenmiştir. Ayrıca katsayı tahmincilerinden olan Tamamen Geliştirilmiş En Küçük Kareler (FMOLS), Dinamik (DOLS) Kanonik Eşbütünleşik Regresyon (CCR) yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. ARDL sınır testi sonucuna göre hem kısa dönemde uzun gelişmede meydana gelen artışın gelirini artırdığı bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. FMOLS, DOLS CCR tahmincilerine de artış artırmaktadır.
